Best pharmacy ever! The employees are wonderful and kind, the service is fast, the store looks great, and the drive thru is convenient! Everyone always asks about me and my family to show they care. This is the only place I trust to fill my prescriptions! Highly recommend!!!

Thomas Drug Store is fast, efficient, & knowledgeable with prescriptions. They care about patients & what’s best for them & always go the extra mile. Their city limits delivery service is helpful for so many, as well as their monthly pill pack packaging. They also offer several vaccines. After experiencing the customer service at Thomas Drug, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with mine & my family’s medications!

I used to be loyal to Realo in Four Oaks. My insurance changed and for whatever reason after the change, each time I called them, they were rude, very rude. I found Thomas Drug Store and they are phenomenal! Literally made realo seem like garbage, even before the unnecessary rudeness. I will never again use another pharmacy. Thomas has my family’s business for life!

I have been a customer of Thomas Drug store for over 35 years. The pharmacists and staff are very efficient and always willing to answer any questions about a medication. My son is a Type 1 Diabetic and they have always given 110% to ensure his insulin and diabetic supply needs are met. They treat you like family and actually care about their customers and that’s rare in today’s society!!

These ladies have gone above and beyond for my family on a number of occasions. They have helped me find affordable ways to pay for my son’s insulin when prices were insane. Most recently, they delivered my husband’s medicine to the hospital post op because I didn’t think I would make it to the store to pick them up before closing time. I am forever grateful for them.

I wish I had switched to Thomas Drug a long time ago. They get my prescriptions ready promptly with no hassles. One thing in particular that I truly admire is, if they don't have a particular medicine in stock that I need, they get it quickly. I have had alot of problems with other pharmacies, not being able to provide that one important service to me. The whole team is always so polite and helps in any way they can.So...............thank God!

Moved my monthly prescriptions here after having a less than desirable experience with the store that claims "always low prices". That was a lie. I wish I would have come here sooner. Not only am I spending half of what I used to, the service that I have received every time I go here has been phenomenal. I feel like I'm more than just a number. A simple smile and the customer service I've experienced on my visits make it worth the drive all the way from Erwin to get my healthcare needs. Thank you for reminding me what excellent customer service is, it's seriously lacking these days!
